Nice powerful bike but Tesgo "Discontinued" this product and now very shortly their will be no customer support for this bike . The second issue is no rear tail light or braking light , which is dangerous when road riding . Third no brake adjustment because they took the Dyisland hydraulic brakes off the model along with the front fork isn't the original adjustable fork , these Chinese drop shipping companies don't care , whatever the manufacturers feel is going to sell the sell , Tesgo lost out on money on this bike it didn't go over like they thought and lost money on the production of this bike . I will say it has a good start point to build yourself a better long range ebike , but the warranty won't be there for long now the Discontinued this model .
Wayne im with you sir. Im having the exact same issue . I have issues , i contact customer service , rectify problem ...and everyones happy right? Not with a ghost company like this one. Cant find an email address, any type of help info from Tesgo

I gave this review a 4 star score rather then the 1 star score it deserves to see if it will be published. After approx 7 months the battery failed on my Tesgo Leopard. I have tried several times to reach Tesgo and have recieved no reply. My 1 star review was deleted by the company.
I have had this bike (TESGO LEOPARD) for 9 months, the bike shut of for no reason and the screen is blank. I took the battery to an Ebike shop and the battery has failed. TESGO will not answer any of my emails or requests to chat. The battery is supposed to have 1 year warranty. I am very disappointed with the bike and the company
I received the hiker 2 weeks ago and I love it. Easy to assemble. Once the battery was full, I took it for a ride, very impress with the power. I am sure I will apreciate this bike for many years to come, thanks Tesgo

We bought two bikes based on research and a recomendation from a friend who had one for a few years.
The arrived in a timely fashion and assembly was a breeze.
We charged them up and got riding.
They work well after a short learning curve.
We would definately buy again.
Easy to setup code, heavy long cable which is good.
The new brakes function well but we shouldn't have had to pay since the problem started a few months after buying the bike.
So far I have 150kms of trouble free riding, the battery has a pretty good range considering that I have tried many different types of riding, (hills,rough trails, throttle only,fast riding etc.). I've charged the battery upon delivery, then at 75kms,with 2 bars left on the battery meter. Now at 150kms, meter is at 2 bars, which is quite reasonable since I'm in the learning stage. As far as power, this Seeker Pro has lots of it, and hills are no problem at all. Suspension is taught but not uncomfortable, there are no bone jarring bumps that I've encountered thus far which is one aspect I love about it. I'm 5ft 5in at 167 pounds and I am very comfortable on this bike. All in all, so far I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking into this kind of ride. I will hopefully update at the 500km mark.
Just what I wanted. It comes with the horn button witch is great.
Only thing, I had to change the handle bar grip for a 5 inch one.
This bike is strong and very confortable, I like it. The Bafang motor is top.
Like this bike a lot. Very light you can lift the detached front wheel with your pinky. Nice looking and goes a very long way on a single charge.
I had a Tesgo foldable Hummer with 20" tires. It was stolen. This S7 has 26" tires and seems a little more stable. Very nice bike.
Just received my bike, a great solid build. You can tell that it is well manufactured bike after seeing a few other e-bikes this one really stands out. I have only had a few rides so far but it handles great, even though it is a bit heavy. It did take me about 1-2 hours to unpack and put together, but I am sure it could be done faster😄😄😄.

Paid for the STT-S controller says they had 8 in stock then I was told they have none in stock and am waiting to see if they can get one fitted for my bike trying to stay hopefull that I'll actually get it and sometime soon before the snow comes.
I bought one and immediately bought another. Such great quality and style that beats the other lame ebike designs.
The STT works well, for me its a little heavy. I do have concerns about how many years the battery will last.
It does what I want it to do, I like it
this basket should be made so we can mount it both ways. across or same way of bicycle.
Bike arrived well crated and finishing putting together was easy. It is a heavy bike but being on 20" wheels makes it fairly easy to handle. I would not recommend peddling it without peddle assist. It would tire you out quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the bike and would recommend as a strong fat tire bike. 4 stars only because basket arrived late with no install instructions for a front install.
